so it is indeed a carnival
... and I know he was probably talking about last year's, but I feel if there's anywhere stuck back in time and nobody notice, it would be rural market towns.

potentially time travelling carnival continues to be loud
in slightly different styles every couple of minutes
some with call and response.

there's also a number of cars objecting to the route
including a small queue that would like to get out of our building.
