How strong is Loki in the MCU?

I found some references for how strong Loki is in 616 - the low end guess said he can lift 30 tons. Is he on the same scale in the movies?

I’m just wondering because at that strength it seems like if he so much as slaps a human they’re going to get very very very dead. Like, one punch, no waiting, pulp.

I don’t quite understand ways of figuring out damage though. Like, if you stick a spear right through someone, surely there’s only so much damage it can do? There’s one spear sized hole. That’s the size of hole it makes.

Actually I’m not using spears as the model for his shiny pointy thing of doom, I found stats for a blade on a stick referred to as a ‘horse cutter’, and it seemed kind of more like it maybe. But once someone is that strong the weapon they’re using seems rather beside the point.

Basically I’m trying to reconcile Loki’s available stats with the thing where there’s any of Phil Coulson left after Loki gets through with him. My best guess right now is Loki just didn’t really bother and kind of poked him with the sharp end. Like cartoons where you walk up and poke the swaying guy. Humans would seem that ridiculous from being that strong.

But then there’s the whole fight as soon as he arrives, and people getting very dead then with knives sticking out of them rather than, for instance, going straight through.

Seems simplest if the stats from the comics are more epic scale than MCU Loki.

Thoughts?

Thoughts? in some forms of media people get damage that would seriously injure a normal real human, and don't even have a nose bleed. Villains are the strongest thing ever, but seem to back off if someone coughs in their direction.

Also this fandom keeps saying the Hulk beat the shit outta Loki while from what I see, Loki was somewhat winded and had minor scratches. The Hulk can level buildings. All I'm sayin'.
