Sleep is good.
Very, very good.
Even if I did dream something incredibly meta about how meaning is created in ephemeral relationship to specific performances, especially in theatre.
Once I woke up I didn't have a trace of a headache for at least five minutes, and I'm eating food and actually liking it. Joy :-)
