difference between here and most anywhere

If I'm posting stuff to this place, I figure this is my place to babble, so I dont so much panic about if it makes sense. If I am trying to post any place else at all, big panic. Cannot just hit the button and forget about it. Keep worrying I sound like a freak to many of people.
