Meditation

We went to meditate in Norwich pretty successfully, even with the detour coming home.
My brain was Being Entertaining. I sat down to meditate by counting breaths, I ended up with Counting Stars stuck in my head. Attempts to ignore it resulted in 'Thunderstruck' joining in.
Brains are weird.

We stopped at Morrisons to get the cheaper ribena on the way home, and I found a gift card for the Sims which I shall now designate as my birthday present for tomorrow. Hope I figure out how to make it work.

Day not so awesome. A Loud Thing has been happening outside, I think a machine for lifting people up? It is not continuously loud, just whenever you think you can nap now it is Loud for a bit and then off again. And there is banging and tools and whatever. Not restful.

But I started listening to Torchwood Believe and it's very tense so far, so I'll go back to that when I've had some eats.
