thingies I'll probably not actually write

beccaelizabethIn other news, the wild multi-xover invent a team thingy I thought of a while back has brewed in my head until it's an actual story with the xover elements stripped out, characters fleshed out, and a bit of a plot arc with the relationships and stuff happening.
It's kind of turned into a tragic love story between a telepath and a living ship, with a guy who can switch bodies getting caught up in the middle, and another guy who is a version2 clone+memory being involved too, mostly to try and talk the ship out of creating a version2 of it's own. Which would actually be a version3 of the creator of the ship.
It all got very complicated.
So then I'm wondering if anyone wants to read ship romance... and then thinking that actually I can think of several examples already written. And then wonder if I'm thinking of anything new.
The thing that unites the character set is living other people's lives. As well as the biotech products already listed there's a couple of mundanes, but one's a psych profiler and the other works intelligence/security and does a lot of bodyguard stuff. So they're both professionally about other people's lives.
In other words it's a way of worrying I watch too much television.
But if I bury that well enough there's lots of running around and doing spy stuff to hide it under.
The inside of my head is weird. First zombie!Bond and now... I can't even think of a tidy tag for this lot. Ship of seconds???
