Note on Torchwood timing

Friday 20th 2008 in this universe could only be June.
In 2009 it could be Feb or March.
Other data from the season 1 website makes it unlikely to be Feb, or to fit 3 episodes in before 20th Mar if he was away any significant length of time.
Or the calendar doesn't work the same way there.
June works well with data from DW season 3, 18 months since Christmas, and from the TW season 1 website, a bunch of time after Feb. Also the way DW season 3 took only a few days of Earth time kind of cancels out that 1 year gap between Rose leaving and getting back of season 1. Took us a season to watch, didn't take that long on the DW calendar, so they're back in step with us, yesno?
Unfortunately it doesn't work at all with data from the TW season 2 website, which thinks it's Jan at the start of the season. *sigh*
Clearly those are 'date received' in this universe.
