weird moments of perspective

when one realises one may in fact be closer to Batman's age than Nightwing's. When one is used to Robin starting out the same age as you. Freaky comics sliding timelines.
... actually, I don't know. I know I'm not with the Young Justice sort of generation, but I might be more of a Nightwing+Titans age. Yes? No? It's really hard to tell sometimes. I mean, they're older than Robins, but by how much? Are they early 20s and just out of college? All college related stories were from waaaaay many issues ago, but how long is that in comics timeline years? I try not to think about it too much, really.
I think maybe I'm about the same age as Blue Beetle, or Black Canary, or Oracle. Except I have no idea what ages they're meant to be once I actually think about it. Weird.
... one of these days, I'll be up there with the Justice Society.
... cool.
I love the DCU. The generations thing. I don't know if other 'verses do that, but I do love how it works in DC comics.
