Ethan in official books or comics

Another entry as needs making when I get the data. I've read a bunch of books with Ethan in, but haven't read the comics.

I put summaries on the S3 book review thread, I'll go fish them out of there.

Short version - Chaos bleeds is bleeding awful, and Resurrecting Ravanna is so bad I'd feel bad selling it on.

He's in Visitors, which is pretty good, but he's completely underused - he has no relevance to the plot and just wanders around for a few scenes before leaving without interacting with anyone.
