It's not very good.
Also, they're supposed to be in Crouch End in London.
This must have been written pre Google Maps because it keeps falling down on basics such as 'roads aren't called that'.
I went on Google to double check my impressions and there's a bunch of pictures of the area and, really, seriously, this looks like America.
Plus the street signs aren't right at all. London street signs have a distinctive look and more data than anything in the background of this.
Plus the phone box was the wrong shape.
I know I'm being picky. And they had a nice looking letter box. But these are little signs and things, you'd think they could make them look more right.
Also, the story is a bit crap.
... no, actually, quite a lot crap.
And sadly the acting isn't helping.
If you're trying to sell a story of slow and creeping dread you need more than two gears.
They can't spend the whole thing gone straight to hysterical.
Being a bit crap would explain why it's on 5US
So mostly I'm waiting for 10pm and The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
After that I'll have to decide between going back to sleep, again, when I spent most of the day asleep
or watching something actually scary.
If I can decide which.
