beccaelizabeth7285 words, and yet a lack of porn. They've gone all snuggly, and there are speeches. Entirely different speeches to the one I thought went here. I might have to back up a bit and see if the conversation branches off in a different direction if I tweak one answer. At the moment I feel like I've applied sugar with a shovel. Which is puzzling, because what I thought was going to happen involves a really long forked tongue with moveable fork, and would be entirely too distracting for speeches.

eta: have discovered how to get to the porn- erase any and all traces of honesty or emotional awareness, and make sure they don't start talking in the first place!
Okay, so it is a trick that has certain drawbacks in the long term, but, Ethan and Giles in pre-Eyghon days. We unfortunately know the fate of the long term.

or, actually, delayed, since in about half an hour my helpful cleaning lady will be here and I really don't want to still be writing porn then.
Maybe I could just fade out with fewer anatomical details...
etaa: yup, got to a nice fade point and left a big gap for anatomy should I get round to it. More than 7100 words now, all spellchecked and gone through the Works grammar thingy (which wants some very strange changes, so I ignored it a lot).
I might very well change the last section again (there are two alternate endings on the notepad and there is a speech I thought belonged in here somewhere that I think happens somewhere between Giles taking his shirt off and the naked bits, but Ethan and I got distracted) but right now I figure I could send this for beta.
