Ianto said he killed three women. We saw, at least in a wavery way, him doing it. So that's three dead women. But it's true they probably weren't real or really dead. Just a really vivid image.
You've got a point about the Boeshane dead. I should count them as extra corpses. Also Jack's Mother survived.
