May. 14th, 2005 04:11 pmI vaguely went back to sleep between about 1pm and 4pm. I say vaguely because I think someone is moving in, probably upstairs, or at least moving large and clunky furniture. So I kept on getting woke up by things going 'thunk' the other side of the wall from my head.
Don't know why I'm tired. Possible I'm just lazy.
I have to decide if I'm going round mum's for Doctor Who again later. If Doctor Who were the main point it would be daft, because my digital TV is plugged in (mum got a box for Christmas but doesn't use it) and I can get nifty things like subtitles, BBC3, and the info box to tell me if it has started yet. And also a mute button, which I call an absolute necessity when waiting for the end of that dance thing. Plus my channel 5 is properly working, and Buffy is on tonight.
However the actual main point, since I grrrrrr at the new Who, is to watch Stargate DVDs and eat food with mum and chat. Which is not so easy to do here. I already invited mum round, but she said no, on account of the lack of seating.
Mum already knows I'm kind of tired today and not much wanting to stomp across town when I don't got to. She doesn't either, which is the other reason she isn't coming here. But the visiting thing is all nice and social, so I feel like double lazy if I don't go.
Is a dilemma.
eta: Buffy is not a factor this week on account of Channel 5 cleverly put it on at the same time as Doctor Who. Futile much? If it was first run, sure, but infinite repeat such as it is, no so useful.
Right now there is the film DARYL. The mom is called Joyce. Huh.
