urgh. stupid dreams of many wakings. and then of being paralyzed and just lying there moaning while people wandered around in my house. and then wandering around but I knew I wasn't awake yet really. I hate all that.

then there was a freaky dream with many strangenesses, including Nightwing being my big brother, but also not Nightwing. Pretty isn't related to me, so that would be bad.

I was vaguely awake at about 0500, and now it is 1000 and the time in between was filled with that not-awake mush. blech.

also my phone keeps on ringing without anyone leaving a message. and the new phone rings with a noise I very much dislike but cannot seem to turn off. yuck.

I have textbooks! :) :)
and, okay, not wildly exciting, but not something I'd put on the christmas wishlist either. Opening up a huge great parcel only to find Haralambos & Holborn, even the newest one, just not being a holiday experience.
But I have H&H, and I also have the A-Z I had out the library so long I got fines on it. Useful books. Even if H&H isn't even vaguely portable.
Also it is a day of crumple. The front cover of H&H was a little bit crumpled, and a christmas card from the helpful cleaner people was crumpled too. this is ungood. but I'm sure if I put the card under the huge great textbook they'll both uncrumple soon enough.

now I'm just waiting on the Serenity DVD, which said it was in the post. could arrive any time. yaayness :)

Helpful going places person is apparently off sick
so I will either have to go into town all by myself
or put off dishwasher acquisition until after christmas.

but the person that does the washing up will be in shortly, so no worries
