I don't know how much of that is ramble. I'm reading from keywords and potentials, looking for theme and layers. I honestly don't know for sure they are there in DW. But I think things could turn out really well.



I didn't specifically mention the Cybermen. They were cool.
But everyone said that, and I wanted to poke at the character stuff as I read it.

I'm not sure if it is a pattern or if I'm reading in a bit much. But interesting way to look at it. He don't always come out looking so shiny.

Revelation of the Daleks

watched 'Revelation of the Daleks'
*facepalm*
is it just me, or is that rather massively bad?

I mean, it had bits of interesting
but... I think the basic problem is that Doctor, that companion, and that acting.

The plot was freaky. Convert dead dudes into Daleks if they make the grade, and food if they don't. The solution was... Massively stupid? 'Don't eat people, eat this pretty flower you should have noticed generations ago!' *facepalm*

"Consumer resistance" was funny
"No arm in trying" was not.

It just added up to... bad.


Oh well. I paid very little for it.
