No, relatively speaking it's cool, I'm okay, mostly, I'm coping. I mean I haven't thrown up yet and I managed to eat a whole pot of chocolate goop before my stomach realised it was Today.
I've checked email and website and can find no excuse for delaying. I'll turn off the computer and go. (Bet I miss the bus.)
