All my setting up is done (badly) and now there's a big turning point in the action and everything works out different than the people involved thought.
Come to think this involves introducing a second and then a third group of characters, so no not all my setting up.
Also? I think my plan was crazy.
Many characters = more words = more time = we run out of time.
But I'm going to write my first plan once and then see what I can throw out and what the story is trying to be by the end.
Already know I have to go back and remember to make the beginning more tense more often.
But I feel like the beginning is Done and the story is in a Middle from the next bit.
