The more I read RTD's comments on TW CoE...

... the more I feel the need to... well my pacifist principles are conflicting with the rest of that comment, so I'm basically down to 'complain loudly about it on the internet, and to his face if ever the opportunity occurs', but dumping ice on his head is way up there in the alternatives. Grrr.

For some reason

I've had the bit from Red Dwarf stuck in my head:

He's dead, Dave. Everybody's dead. Everybody is dead, Dave!

TV Tropes says the book version uses every possible combination of 'Everybody' 'Dave' and 'Dead'. Probably the version I'm thinking on then.
