I have noticed when people fancast gender swapped Avengers they tend to youth them.
Which is maybe only a function of young people casting people they know.
But you've got a whole range of ages on the Avengers, and already the women are younger than the men, and in some cases far younger than their canon counterparts.
The men got aged up for the big screen, the women youthed.
