And yaay to people having a day off.
But that means I can't do Sunday shopping
which is less yaay.
Eh, I has food, I shall eat food, it's not tragic.
I have mixed feelings about Easter same like I have mixed feelings about Christianity.

There's a bit in the papers complaining how Easter Eggs no longer have Easter on the packet so they're turning into generic spring festival eggs, with the implication that this is awful and terrible and what is a Christian country coming to etc etc.
But? Eggs? Are not Christian?
I mean, if they're complaining that their co-opted pagan symbolism of birth is no longer associated with their whole cycle of death on the cross and coming out of the tomb alive again, well, that... seems reasonable?
I don't recall where the egg goes in the Jesus story, is what I mean.
Complaining about presence of chocolate eggs in their Jesus story would seem more reasonable.
Ugh, I'm super bored. Which is daft, it's no more boring than any other day.
Maybe I shall do online shopping and have it all arrive conveniently tomorrow or Tuesday...
