I am reading a fic where someone keeps on having flashbacks to recovered memories
but they keep seeing themselves
like, they're seeing the movie flashback, with them in the middle somewhere
and you don't? do that? in memories?
I mean, you're the point of view.
memories where I can see myself from the outside either involve mirrors, cameras, or something going Very Wrong.

So it's a bit distracting.

... then went back to put the trigger warnings in.

Because much as I love it there's Major Character Death, a whole lot of other death, and suicide, including Jack trying it again.

But they say out loud they love each other!

Finished watching Dark Matter.
... why do the characters, who know more about their world than we do, never see it coming?
I mean it's probably because they know more about their world and don't have the handy narrative causality explanations
but
*sigh*

So it's kind of cool, but, it mostly makes me want to do something better
but not because it's bad

My employee arrived 1 hour 15 minutes early
because their phone said to.
I'm sure we checked in my folder last week, and I know the organising things boss place has the same piece of paper, but
1 hour 15 minutes early.

And I can't just go out early because the meditation will still not start until it starts.
And also the roads are ugh at this time of evening.

... and now I feel guilty the employee did driving when the roads are ugh.

I feel all twitchy and like I should Do Something except I still have 45 minutes before Do Something time.

I thought we'd got the hang of this. The same things happen every month. It is not complex.

... but last time I contacted the office I did have to explain which wednesday was the fifth wednesday of the month. so. that is a thing.

Eh, nothing to do except sit here another bunch of minutes, so I will sit.

Back from meditation
pretty successful
except it finished at 8pm and the online listing says 8.30pm so I felt like that was only 2/3 of the meditation class we'd paid for, but did not figure out how to say 'er, where is the other half hour of religion please'

so.

relaxing successful
though I got distracted at one point by the Pratchett Time Monks idea of Surprise, and how awesomely cool it is that moments happen one after another, and we are here and it is now and it is now and it is Now!
... which is cool but not exactly a focus on breathing, so, like, off plan coolness.

I double checked the schedule for next WEdnesday
which we also did last wednesday so I have only medium expectation of that working

but

Tumblr has suddenly become unusable to me
all it does is reload reload reload my dashboard
it won't even let me look at the settings page for more than a second without bouncing me back to my dash.

bit of a problem, don't know where to begin to try and fix it.
