Achievable Goals

What computer games do you play to feel like you're actually Doing Something?
Like, not open ended get a high score games. Not Sims, it's too ... I don't know, sure you can achieve goals and be an astronaut but it only changes things in this one house. Not Minecraft cause it makes me motion sick and also is just... there, huge, endless, do whatever you like.

Computer games that set you achievable goals and then let you achieve them and it makes the computer world nicer.

Any games like that?
