Oct. 15th, 2020 12:04 pmToday I watched the Lego Flash movie I have seen before, because it is U rated and cute and has Improving Lessons and people only get hurt for a few seconds and everything ends up okay. ... I have not of late felt like watching challenging movies.
In U rated land the Reverse Flash wants to get all the praise and the statues and be The Only Hero The World Needs, but he doesnt want to put the work in and do it the long way, and he haaaaates competition. No friends, does mean pranks, steals what the Flash earned.
And loses it because he never learned what the Flash learns from having friends and doing things the hard way.
And this is a plausible and internally consistent Reverse Flash
but the one in the TV show can't be like him at all
in season one
because he very much put some long term work in.
It is possible by the latest season all that has been erased.
TV show Reverse Flash is meaner though, because 12 to 15 rated and people die a lot.
Lego heroes world is relaxing.
I like it when things crash smash and they just use the bricks to make something else.
Also today a shopping delivery arrived and we had ordered a bunch of Harry Potter notebooks, because there are some Very Shiny ones and my brother like HP a lot and it's a few weeks to his birthday and this year is really short on DVDs. So now he will have things to write in.
... I thought I didnt need a notebook due to not having finished with the ones I have but then I saw one has pretend plastic lizard skin so I stuck the dinosaur dragon notebook in the basket for next time.
They are also selling Halloween things so I have a small Dinosaur Skeleton and mum wants one in the next order. It is bony and cute. It shall be friends with the skeleton dragon.
