Today I read an issues of F&SF from March/April 2021
but I dont have much to say about it
except the book review bit by Michelle West that started by saying its difficult to do her review job because "Reading requires emotional response. And 2020 has been a disaster of a year on so many fronts I've developed a numbness in order to keep puttung one foot in front of another. This numbness makes it difficult for books - for words - to reach me. It's not the books that are the problem; it's that I have so little left to give them."
Which is useful, honest, and both Mood and Word
for a really long time now.
Though 2021 did get better than the worst bits of Before.
It is hard to figure out if the book audio tv movie game is any good
when feelings happen in varieties HeadBlanket or Cry.
I just kind of want to eat a lot of chocolate and stare at the ceiling
but I shall read or listen at least one thing as well
so
we keep going.
