Also: dear TV: crazy people? Not actually more violent. Or likely to run criminal empires. Just so you know.
The framing Sherlock thing was... well I've read the theory before, though mostly about Jessica Fletcher. It was interesting for about a minute though.
Is the ending supposed to be difficult to figure out? Because assuming all the elements are intentional and planned by Sherlock, it gets pretty simples. There's a big truck full of squooshy things right underneath him? Controlling John's angle of view and speed he can arrive? And Molly's help. Simples.
Well it's more fun for the audience to end up feeling clever I guess.
Talking Moriarty into killing himself was ... well it depends on him being bugfuck crazy so it's a boring boring boring. But that was the game. Turn it around on him. He just made sure everyone thinks he's a fake and then killed himself, tada, Sherlock wins. Well, assuming his corpse is more real.
so, no, by the end I'm bored.
and I get pissed off by anything with suicide in.
or that blames everything on teh crazy.
