Well, assume there's 100 billion neurons in the brain. (10^11) each one can have up to 1000 connections to other neurons, but there's only a billion or so within reach, and each connection has a relative strength, so each connection might be specified by 40 bits. 10^11 neurons x 10^3 connections x 40 bits is about 5 x 10^14 bytes. A terabyte is 10^12 bytes, so 500 TB would be the ceiling, for the most heavily interconnected human brain ever.
