beccaelizabethintense frustration. irritation. annoyance.
I just stripped out several thousand words I spent days writing, and not only did the story lose nothing important, I think it is better.
*headdesk*
I do this. I know I do this. This is why I don't post as I go. I get lost in the fractals, focus on the wrong bits, have to back up and start again.
But I had an outline. And now it is back to fitting the original outline. And being about the original plot even. So really, this should have been obvious before the detour.
I think I got paranoid people weren't going to like the ending. So I brought in a whole bunch of explaining. But it wouldn't do what I wanted it to anyway, so. Away with it all.
