Today I watched an episode of MacGyver which also had Chris Judge in it.
Mac demonstrated the principles of leverage on him by making him go splat.
Which was much funnier from here.


I'm super irritated with channels that can't be bothered to have subtitles.
I had forgotten that this was a component of why I don't watch so much TV.
At least with DVDs I can check on the box if I'm going to be able to hear it or if I'll have to go back a couple times to understand the voices.

... by this point I have had sufficient practice to almost always understand RDA, it's just everyone else that needs a couple tries sometimes. *sigh*



I watched the first episode of Heroes Reborn cause I couldn't remember why I didn't watch Heroes.
It failed my first episode test, didn't keep my attention, had female characters from a male point of view, and killed the black guy. I suspect its focus in future episodes will not match my interest. So, no thanks.

Decision easier to reach because at least as I recorded it no subtitles.


Maybe I need better equipment?

Maybe TV channels are lazy.

I see that Heroes Reborn is repeating the mistakes that made the previous version so crap. (Making it clear that all the characters who aren't white, rich, and from the USA are basically cannon fodder.)

I actually watched all of Heroes Reborn out of sheer brute stubbornness. Don't bother.
