Which Nate and Ray kind of created in the first place.
Nate ignoring the woman he was 'helping' while she begged him not to kind of puts me off the guy a lot, and I already didn't like him.
Having some dude sit Ray down for a whole talk on how the man is not the armour is... you know people from other countries aren't actually props in one's own journey?
This story doesn't seem to know.
If it gave any coherent indication that the locals had their own plan, if the Legends only turned up to be extras in it, then that could work.
As is, mostly ugh.
Mick liking ninjas is funny, but the coherence gap between them finding him and him turning up in a new costume only works as a funny. I mean is he supposed to have had his own subplot in five minutes flat? Sequence fail.
Also threatening to maroon Mick is like kicking the guy in the horrible life shattering trauma just to get him to stop bickering. Gross.
Sara taking charge seemed good when it was Martin calling her the beating heart of the team, but now it's her being rude to people, and not helpful.
And all that said I didn't hate it especially, I just... get tired of the ways it failed.

but clearly articulated
and as if he can trust it now
He saves the team because they would save him
and that's the way the world works now.
His world got bigger than partners.
