They have a box for eye color and hair color but none for skin color or ethnicity.
There's one for Race but in context that means like Human.
But even non human races have more than one skin color and everybody comes from somewhere that might be at least ancestrally foreign to the campaign setting or its rulers. So there needs to be a box.
Also the wiki has a lot of human languages but the core rulebook just has Common. One language per species is super weird.
But I guess it's like Stargate where translation issues are a plot device but to be used sparingly.
Still. No box for diversity.
