driver was changed without telling me, but they had their badge and all so that was sort of okay
but they should have told first.
got a subway food on the way there because I got stuck today and ended up sleeping through almost all of it. subway food is acceptable though.
talked about science fiction and showed my new munchkin cards and played munchkin
... am working on having more SF to talk about. could be F&SF. certainly includes superheroes
but we have been talking twice a month for many years so there's only so many new things in two weeks
munchkin game was good though
and also I won
aaaand might have shown off by making the monster bigger before I killed it.
... it started out a small thing, then got Illusioned into being a Plutonium Dragon, but I was at 27 by then and had some cards put by for eventualities, so I gave it a +10 and me a +10 just for style...
that was fun though.
I hope the others are also having fun.
It would be nice to get more people in for fresh conversation, but this is okay too.
maybe if we advertise the next one and come up with some themes again...
