funny lines in Poirot-
Someone on the phone to a club, man goes to tell Poirot
who?
"Emily Arundel."
"She is dead, mon ami."
"You'll have to take that up with her yourself."
:)
I like the Poirot stories. He's so precise. I keep watching the craft the actor puts into it, the little gestures that make the character.
Plus the details that make the setting. Lovely houses and deco details everywhere, mirrors and such.
I'll have to decide between the last half of this and Alien Nation. I'm fairly sure I've seen it before, but long enough ago I don't remember the end. But I don't reckon it'll bug me much to not know. Shall see.
eta: As it turned out I managed to watch both shows, due to the commercials being in different places. Missed bits of both but found the killer on Poirot and saw the resolution on Alien Nation.
My posts are very seldom answered. I wonder if I'm uniformly boring or just with the bad timing.
