Elseworlds

I watched another disc of Arrow and got to the Elseworlds episode
which said hour two
so I actually get what the point is of selling Elsworlds as its own disc
because I never figured out the order for last year's xover and certainly haven't watched them in order
plus part one isnt out on dvd yet
except as Elseworlds.
... I still feel buying Elseworlds was not my best use of money.
One hour of watching The Flash again, even with no idea what is going on there or where the characters are at and inky having seen the latest Wells on tumblr, and I am still more interested than I have been in two discs of Arrow.
Elseworlds just had them lecturing each other on where their abilities come from. Ollie said all his abilities were lessons thwt come with a painful memory ao that's where he comes from when he fights. Barry said he's running to, to the people he cares about and everything he's fighting for. And that pretty much sums up why I like Barry's world better. Ollie's stories aren't about moving on from trauma so much as about aiming it at other people. He might angst about the cycle of violence but right now he's basically explained his powers are dark side. Barry at least in theory tries. I like his world better.
Also I like Ollie complaining about the cells not having a toilet. Several years late. The demonstrated solution is an improvement.
I very much like seeing Clark on the farm and people having to ask who he is. That's just fun. Because around here Supergirl is the famous one that friends from other universes go to for help.
I still have two hours of xover to go but I needed a break so. That's my thoughts so far.
I like the Flash and Supergirl is fun to visit, but Arrow? Is not a happy place.
