I am so rudeword tired.
dancing is one hour, shopping is less than one hour, how is it I can lose a whole friday after to just being
so sweary tired

I assume your question was rhetorical. But, needed to say, cause so many people don't take that into account. Fatigue isn't about chronological time. It's about how many spoons the specific activities took out of you compared to ability and general rate of spoon use. For me, social interactive takes way more energy. Shopping overloads my ADHD. And physical activity is by definition tiring if you don't do it daily. Sleep tight.
