beccaelizabethI have been rewatching Legends of Tomorrow (season 2 disc 2 so far) and I am struck by the fallibility of my own memory.
Even as focused and fannish as I am with this series, even with having watched before and thought about it A Lot, there are plot threads I forgot, and moments I remembered but with such a specific emphasis I pretty much changed the meaning in my head.
There's bits where I got it wrong.
And I was paying attention.
It's a weird shifty feeling to realise memory is stories all the way down.
On a less philosophical level LoT is still great fun to watch
though it still wants me to care about Nate way more than I actually care about Nate.
I got as far as Invasion and dont have the dvd of that specifically and am reminded why I bothered with Elseworlds: it's such a pain to get all the parts down that it's almost, almost, worth the money.
Ah well.
Think I'll just skip the other parts this time and keep watching.
