I listened to Big Finish Torchwood #45 The Crown.
Not a fan. Wasn't terrible, but wasn't terribly involving either.
The thing where one character told another character a story rather than just acting a play was distancing and not very interesting.
Also, while I would usually find it Very Creepy to imagine being cursed so everyone stops knowing you, in this story that happens to Queen Victoria, and several characters are under the impression she Deserve It. So it don't hit quite the same.
Obviously still awful to have everyone who cares about you suddenly not, but she was all, they no longer respect my authority! ... which seems fair.
And the way Torchwood of the time resolve it is, basically, evil.
So.
Not my favourite.
Bit spooky, but didn't grab me.
Also the stories with none of our modern team Torchwood in have an uphill struggle to get my attention, and this one didnt keep it.
