Watchers are a bureaucracy, I imagine they have procedures for pretty much everything. The problem is how many of them are going to be actually up to date and useful.
Sending Faith is one kind of sensible and another kind of deeply worrying. I mean she has the relevant experience, but the police might know she has the relevant experience...

Vi made a guess about what would help with that particular spell. Kind of like Buffy with breaking the fear demon spell. And no blame for the assumption, seeing as I set it up that way carefully, but a bit of a problem, if every guy in black is going to set Slayers and Watchers off that way. Seeing the past more vividly than the present, fighting the last way, teensy bit of a problem.
