Torchwood thoughts from the website

After digging through the Torchwood.org.uk website (html only version, because *most annoying interface ever* even if it does match some stuff I think I saw in the background on TV)
Ianto gets a lot more interesting
Owen I think I'm more sure of my read of him
Owen's background check finishes with a snip of an email with keywords disturbing, allegations, very serio(usly). After a page with some notes from patients that start happy but get obsessive, and a note "What you do to her?"
I think it makes it look like he got fired from being a doctor with patients. Because of sexual misconduct.
And that, I think, makes it look like the stuff he did in the first two episodes is a theme, his particular dark side, and not actually meant to be funny. Like, an actual Clue to how things will go wrong for him.
which is how I was seeing it in the first place, so, YMMV.
Ianto gets interesting because while he doesn't have much of a page for himself (hasn't got round to it) he is in everyone else's pages. He's "keeper of the archives, and chief recorder". He's also the guy who points out when everyone else is over budget, or using the company credit card to buy sex, or killing an awful lot of goldfish. In his own very polite way he seems to be who watches the watchers. Therefore, much more interesting.
I want to know who wrote the post-it
"Do not leave Weevilz in the van!"
:-)
The Rift Report is interesting. Shows rift activity for the previous 4 months - so this is what is going on before the show starts. Clues!
