woke up at what is for me godawful o'clock ie before 0900
decided I Must Do Laundry
(because the convention laundry bumped the regular laundry schedule back about two weeks, and eeeeew)
if I had instead been less virtuous and checked LJ first I would have found John Barrowman on BBC Breakfast News (BBC One) at 8-50am.
Now I ask you, how am I supposed to learn any moral lessons here?
(Feeling like in LadyHawke when he's all "I told the truth lord!")
;-)
Anyways, first load of laundry in the machine and making laundry noises.
... Oh bugger, I forgot to order shopping. Next stop the Tesco website. It will probably not get here before tomorrow, but I do actually have food in the house, so that works out.
As per usual my important deliveries arrive on the one day a week I aren't here, so my Doctor Who DVDs are currently waiting 15 minutes up the road in the Royal Mail office. I could phone and get them redelivered, or I could wait for my helpful person and probably pick them up this afternoon. I suspect waiting paradoxically gets them here quicker.
But I still aren't allowed to watch them until I've done the stupid essay.
I like lit, I don't like assignments for lit.
