Done reading (yaays)
from the stylistics book, aka The Book Of Making Sense. Although I usually want to point out there's a lot of other senses it could make. It has a whole bunch of rules in it, and questions to ask about a text. Stuff you can work through on a checklist. This is my kind of learning, even if the actual applying it to texts bit leaves me feeling a bit like I'm trying to appreciate a tree with a microscope.
Also, done absentmindedly munching mini chocolate bars.
Have managed to have too many.
Boo.
... see, I should have stayed giving up chocolate. I think I'm going to go back to that. This is not fun.
Also I ate sandwiches.
Later I might get around to getting dressed. Or not.
See this is what I love about living on my own. Good priorities.
