BtVS essay beta?

about 11 pages, 6900 words
"Why, if there were no Watcher's Council, it would be necessary to invent one"
agreement with the theory isn't a requirement, and disagreeing could even help, because what I need is someone to poke holes in my logic and tell me where I've done one of my corkscrews or leaps instead of an actual straight line. And also point out if I got my words mixed up.
Currently I'm looking at it like it was an actual college essay and thinking 'should add quotes and theorists'. I think it can live without theorists, but quotes might help, seeing as it is about television. Thing is I'm referring more to storylines than things said. I could put more episode titles in, but I was trying to think 'If I was a Watcher, how could I really truly believe that the Council was a good idea?', so I was all thinking it through as if it was real. Therefore lacking titles.
Anyways, is written now, so I'm in the fuss and fiddle stage and need someone to look at it and give me a less involved opinion. Anyone?
