Giles address

Someone reselling props put up the cheque Giles gives Buffy. $10,000 , which is interesting. More interesting is 'Rupert Giles, 3441 Oakhurst Lane, Sunnydale, CA 900' and then a blue blot. Actually technically it is Oakhurst Lan, but I think the e is likely.
So we know where Giles lives.
Also, they put him somewhere with 'Oak' in the name. Which I also did in fanfic. Was his address actually spoken at some point or did I just decide Giles=Oak?

I think some kind of "Oak" something has been either canon or fanon for Giles' address. But I'm not sure where it came from. I don't think it *was* "Oak*hurst*" though. I can't remember, though. I think... oh, I think there may be a Giles' archive called Oakpark Street. *checks* Yup. And a couple of sites list Giles' address as 523 Oak Park Street... none of them say where they got that from. Just checked my screencaps, and the number on the check does not match the number on the set (which is 4616, and so doesn't match up with 523, either!). Ack. Conflicting prop canon! Although I'd probably go with 4616, because we see that exterior shot fairly often...
