beccaelizabethFinished watching first half of season 2 of Supernatural.
Am feeling no pressing need to get the other half season.
The stories are okay, the guys are pretty, and if I get mad at them for having a psycho who just happens to be black I have to be annoyed about Jossverse Operative and Early too... except in the Jossverse they aren't the only black characters with a speaking part. I don't know. The thing just bugs me. It's just these two guys wandering around being all tangled up about their dad and stuff. And there isn't even any slash... okay, rephrase, if there were slash it would be an unfortunately sickly logical extension of how messed up about each other they are, so it wouldn't be fun at all.
And the thing where they get mistaken for a gay couple and that's a joke is bugging me. I mean, it's a joke in a mistaken perceptions way, yeah, but... Why is it funny again?
I guess I'm just not a fan of the show. All the complaining is me trying to figure out why, because it's not like it hasn't got a lot of stuff I'd like, it just... doesn't grab me.
