I remember some Buffyverse tie-in novels came up with the idea of ghost roads
but that's all I remember about it.
Since I'm now writing ghost stories set in the Buffyverse (okay, thinking about writing, or possibly writing if I pick up my laptop soon as I go back in the other room)
I thought maybe I should find out what the ghost rules are in that 'verse
before I happily break them.

which books? is there a bit in the RPG?
and which episodes? Not so much season 7 because that's all the first. The Angel ep where Cordy gets a new apartment and all the phantom dennis stuff I can remember. other?

There're ghosts in "I Will Remember You" in S2 BtVS. About tie-in novels I don't know. Hm. Early S5 Angel features Spike in pseudo-ghost state and Fred discusses the metaphysics of it a bit.
