Had my Sunday breakfast as per usual.
Has a routine!
... now need a slightly less boring routine. I mean, a couple months ago this was challenging enough boredom was not an issue, but now it's just a supermarket.
... Win!

less win on my expanding waistline. I gets more exercise, shouldn't I be getting thinner? Obviously lunch has more + than walking to get lunch has -

maybe I can walk more on Wednesdays. Back to the bus is +walking but I could go shopping too. Except for the thing where I was all wore out.
