Dec. 27th, 2004 01:29 amMy geographically-specific memory is just strange and annoying.
I go into the quiet room, where I have been writing on my laptop for months, and I sit and I manage like a thousand words a day. Granted, not all of them good, but words.
I sit in front of my big computer and... read stuff off the internet. Which, okay, is probably more to do with the lack of wordage than the geography thing, but then I get a nice document open ready to type and still, big nothing.
Which is probably of the good because I need to be doing the analysis part of my homework assignment now.
Except I usually do Cultural Studies on my laptop too.
And although I have downloaded the software I need to try and translate my notes, I find I'm too paranoid about possibly breaking my remaining computer to actually run the program.
*head=desk*
This would be the lamest reason to fail to do homework *ever*.
okay, that kind of translates to 'wah! whine whine whine wah! homework!'
but I feel better ;)
