Am now listening to 'Pretty Vacant' very loud to celebrate.
Annoying/predictable - the most useful bits of the book were in the reader, or I'd read them before. But hey, I'm clearly doing the right reading then.
Read all the bits about hegemony, I think.
Shall have to poke the reader again for useful things.
... this is what happens when there's more than a week between lessons, the impossible amount of reading turns into fairly skinny reading. Yet I don't want to go read about 90s films yet for we'll be studying them soon enough anyway and they'll take up brainspace for when we're doing the actual hegemony studying this week.
I wish that other reader I ordered from Amazon would hurry up and arrive. Stupid thing has been in the post for weeks.
I like lessons. And studying. And learning stuff.
