Nov. 2nd, 2007 08:10 pmMy head hurts and I would very much like to sleep
but it is firework season and so random persons decide that really nobody in town needs that
on the plus side I finished reading a book and it didn't suck as much as I expected. Sure, it had all the same flaws as the first book - felt like the whole thing was setup, got to the end of the book wondering if anything had actually happened, there's only one female character in a sea of males... no, wait, tell a lie, there's a librarian too, but their interactions mostly happen in description not proper talking. ANYways, all of that part kinda sucked. But there was a developing gay romance, and so it was not as annoying as I had anticipated.
Also I'm now considering buying the last book in the trilogy solely because surely *something* has to happen, given that it's all ending.
... this is probably not a good plan.
I would like to do reading for college. Headaches and fireworks and being very tired make that plan not a worky plan.
