We had a lesson :-)
... I got the feeling I was one of very few who had actually read the assigned text for the day.
then we watched a video interview, discussed the text with some questions, and poked around on the web for good links. I found a couple the teacher was enthusiastic about. And also did not use wiki. He is emphatically not liking wiki.
Then I had a couple hours poking at my essay, one of them with help. She read my draft and then asked basically how was I answering the question. Which, you know, is a helpful focus. So then I wrote a paragraph that answers the question, which is yaay. And poked around at the thing for all the other minutes.
I need to get some quotes and theory stuff together, and focus properly instead of trying to tell all the stuff I learned all semester. as per usual.
After that, I was all done. In fact by the time I was packed I decided I was very done, and stompy, and I wanted a shiny and a cookie and a hug. And I knew I wasn't getting the hug.
So I went to the mall and I bought 3 for 2 pairs of earrings (shiny!) and an 89p cookie (yummy!) and a book. Which is not a hug but on the other hand is available.
And then I got a poppy and then I got a bus ticket out the machine and then I got on the bus and then I was home.
And now I'm going to eat some pasta stuff in a pot, which I am testing for suitability as portable food.
Teach will look at draft essays in Friday's lesson, so I must redo the draft tomorrow.
Today: sleep and eat. Not both at once.
