I read an essay in one of the Cultural Studies Readers that I thought was very good and interesting about poststructuralism and feminism. And now I'm reading the other reader there's another essay that's very articulate and clear and positively snarky about that one I read first. I think what it's saying is it's very clear on the poststructuralism but invents a strawman version of the feminisms. It's fascinating. It's one of those times where it's very clear this whole Theory bit is basically one big argument, using a lot of words I'm only just beginning to learn.

There's another essay a bit later on I gave up on after writing in the margin "WORDS!!!". I'll go back to it once I've got the relevant dictionary or something.

So I've spent a bunch of time on reading many pages I only vaguely understand but find quite interesting. College is fun.
